Our Account login registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address) and unique identifiers (Email Address and password).  We use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user information about our company and promotional material.  The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary.  Unique identifiers (Email Address and password) are collected to verify the user's identity, for use as account numbers in our record system, and for other purposes.

E-Commerce Purchasing Forms
Our site uses a secure order form for customers to request products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (email address, shipping address, etc.), unique identifiers (Email Address and password), and financial information (credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders, information about our company, and promotional material from some of our partners to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the Mail list choice/opt-out section below. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. Unique identifiers (Email Address and password) are collected from Web site visitors to verify the user's identity and for use as account numbers in our record system.

Time Honored Tributes (http://www.timehonoredtributes.com) has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. 

User Account Login Access
User accounts are accessible only by a unique, customer-specified Email Address and Password. Changes to user accounts can only be made by customers who can supply both Email Address and Password to the login system. The login information is stored in a secure SQL database described below. User account information and updates are sent only to the registered e-mail address of the Account login holder (customer).

Secure E-Commerce Transactions
All e-commerce transaction activity takes place within a Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This method encrypts all data transfer in relation to the purchase process. Customer account information is stored in a secure SQL database. For added security we do not store credit card numbers.

SQL Database Security
Time Honored Tributes uses Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as its database to store all customer records. SQL Server 2000 has been certified under the U.S. government's C2-level security certification -- the highest level of security available in the industry

Mail List Choice/Opt-Out

This site gives users the following options for removing their information from our database to not receive future communications or to no longer receive our service.

Account Login Correct/Update

This site gives users the following options for changing and modifying information previously provided.

• Visit http://www.timehonoredtributes.com/admin/admin.aspx?
  • Instructions - Follow the link above and login with your existing Email Address and password.  When your Account home page appears click the 'Edit Account Information button at the top left of the screen. 
    • The "Edit My Profile" link will allow you to change your Email address, password and to subscribe/unsubscribe to our Mail List. 
    • The "View Order Status and History" link will display all your purchases since the new site went online (June 2003). 
    • The "Access My Wish List" is not used by Time Honored Tributes. 
    • The "Manage Address Book" is how you add or change your Account Information.  Click on the appropriate EDIT button to change any exiting Account Information such as name, address, phone number and other contact information.  Click on the ADD button to add new Account Information. Click on the appropriate DELETE button to delete Account Information that is no longer valid.
